Liver Flush Diet | Foods | Herbs & Drinks

by Jordan Blaikie | Liver Flush Man

The liver flush diet or liver cleanse diet is a diet consisting of liver cleansing foods, herbs, supplements and drinks. Liver cleansing foods are whole unprocessed uncooked raw natural organic fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouted grains, legumes, seeds and nuts. Raw living foods contain life force as seen in kirlian photography the study of the auric field under a microscope. This life force protects the cell membrane in liver cells. Food with life force gives life force to the beings that consume it. When you cook your food you kill the life force and the natural digestive enzymes that promote healthy liver function.

Liver cleansing herbs like garlic, ginger, cilantro, turmeric, cumin, curry, coriander, sage, rosemary, thyme, basil, milk thistle, burdock and dandelion are very healing, restoring, and cleansing for the liver. Apples, apple juice and apple cider vinegar are among some of the most beneficial foods for cleansing the liver. Apples contain malic acid which breaks down and dissolves liver stones.  Apple cider vinegar contains more malic acid than does apple juice or apples. Green granny smith apples are kown to have the highest concentration of malic acid than any other kind of apple. Malic acid also comes in a concentrated powdered form from your local health food store.

Orthophosphoric acid is another liver flush product which dissolves liver and gallbladder stones. You only need a 20-30 drops in water per treatment, a little bit goes a long way. You do 20-30 drops 2-3 times per day. Brush your teeth after taking orthophosphoric acid cause it can take the enamel off your teeth.

Liver Detox Diet Foods

Preparing your liver for a liver flush is one of the most important things to consider before doing the flush. Preparation usually means modifying your diet to meet the needs of your liver. Fruits and vegetable in the colors yellow, green, orange, red and purple and said to be the best liver cleansing foods.

Natural Simple Liver Flush Recipe

Simple: 4 Easy Steps
by Jordan Blaikie | Liver Flush Man

(1) Drink 2-8 oz organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. There are many organic cold pressed olive oil's on the market they all work great I like spectrum, barioni (stone crushed) and love your liver's brand.

(2) Drink 2-8 oz organic fresh squeezed lemon juice. You can alternate sips between olive oil and lemon juice or you can just drink one at a time. Mixing them together may be more suitable for some people, while drinking them one at a time may be best for others. In any case just get it down and keep it down. Stones may soon be on their way from leaving your body. Better out than in is the general consensus.

(3) Consume 50-500 mg niacin B3 (Vitamin B3). Niacin comes in 100, 250 and 500mg tablets. There is a no flush version which keeps you from flushing red and getting itchy it works just as good without the red/itchy part. The no flush version may be more convenient for most people. Some people may be allergic to niacin so start out with a small dose like 50 mg and work up from there. Niacin is nothing more the vitamin B3, it is sold at health food stores around the globe. People with Gilbert's syndrome and people on blood thinners are not suppose to take niacin. The purpose of niacin is to dilate the bile duct so stones can pass easily through the common bile duct with out restriction. Niacin acts as a safety precaution so liver stones and gallbladder stones don't get stuck during the liver flush. Stones getting stuck is very rare, but in any case if stones did get stuck you may need surgery to get them out. There may be extreme pain. Taking niacin almost eliminates the chances in this extremely rare scenario.

(4) Perform a coffee enema 8-32 oz.The coffee enema is also used to dilate the bile duct. This is another safety precaution so stones don't get stuck in the bile duct. Note that the coffee enema also stimulates the liver to go into detox dumping mode. This liver stimulant will cause your liver to dump more toxins than you previously would have with out the enema. Don't skip the coffee enema it is a power way to eliminate more toxins and have a more successful liver flush. For the coffee enema you will need to make organic coffee and bring it to room temperature. You will need to buy an enema bulb, bag or bucket. Basically you are placing coffee into your colon. Lay on your right side and insert the coffee into your bum until you have put 8-32 oz into your colon. Then massage your lower right area just above your hip where your colon is, also do inversion where you lay on your back and bring your legs over your head and pump your stomach. Hold the coffee for 5-10 min and release it into the toilet.

Bonus Liver Flush Ingredients

Bonus Steps

(1) Take 1-2 table spoons of epsom salt in water. Epsom salt relaxes the bile duct and when used in combination with the niacin and coffee enema everything is optimized. You can take this at any time during the flush. Mix it with a glass of water and drink.

(2) Do a castor oil pack over the liver 1hr per day for 4 days. The castor pack is when you place castor oil over your liver and add heat to the oil.
How to make a castor oil pack?

a) Cut a 4"x6" cotton cloth three layers thick.
b) Buy castor oil and place a generous amount of castor oil over the cotton cloth. Place the soaked cloth over you liver located at lower right rib cage. It with stick to your body from the casor oil.
c) Wrap the plastic wrap around the cator pack.
d) Boil water and put it in a hot water bottle/bag. Lay down and place the hater water bag over your castor compress. Let the heat be applied for 1 hr then take off the castor pack and save for tomorrow. Do a castor compress for 1 hr once a day for 4 days leading to the flush.
